Product orders
Registration
Ordering our products is easy. Enter the online shop
from the
Shop
link on the left margin. Turn the handle, click and enter the room. After
entering the shop, you can register from the registration link, located at
the top. Fill in the necessary information and verify it. Registering is
not compulsory, but it saves time when making future orders. Registered
customers will receive special sales in the future, among with other
useful benefits. All information is confidential and will not be used for
marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Ordering
Choose a brand image from the menu on left margin. Find
the product you wish to order and click it open. Choose the right colour,
size and quantity and add to the basket. You can add the basket multiple
products before checking out. You can check and remove already picked
products from the “show basket (näytä ostoskori)” link, located at the
top. When you have picked products that you like, proceed to check out. If
you have not registered, fill in the necessary information and press the
“order products (tilaa tuotteet)” button. On the next page, please confirm
the order. A successful purchase will state “purchase was successful
(tilaus on onnistunut)” and send a verification email. If you will not
receive an email next 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
Payment
After we have checked the stock availability, we will
invoice by email. Invoice will then be paid as a bank transfer through
personal internet bank. Fill in carefully the necessary information and
use the reference number provided. After we have received the payment (1 –
3 banking days), the products will be sent, together with a confirmation
email. Delivery time is 1 – 4 days (Finland). Prices include VAT 22%. A 4,90€
postal fee will be added to the total sum (Finland). When ordering to
foreign country, please contact us with e-mail and check your postal fee.
Replacement and restoration
You have the right to replace or rest orate unused
products for the first 14 days. Return products in a letter or postal
package, by the cheapest possible way, not signed or cash on delivery.
Please attach a note why you have chosen to return the product and please
state, that it is a customer’s restoration. After the product has been
checked, you will receive full payment to your account.
